Aaron Mining LLC collects only the information you choose to submit through the contact form and the investor request form on this site. That may include your name, email address, telephone number, entity or firm name, investor type, and the content of your message. The site does not use analytics tools, advertising trackers, or cookies for tracking.
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, to evaluate investor requests, and to provide the materials you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
Form submissions are transmitted to a secure Google Workspace account and stored in Google Sheets, and a notification is sent to us by email. Access is limited to authorized company personnel.
This site relies on a small number of third party services. Google Workspace and Google Sheets are used for form processing and storage. Cloudflare is used for hosting and content delivery. Google Fonts is used for typography.
We retain the information you submit for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
This site is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revision date shown at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the change.
